Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at by following the below steps

  • 1. Returns/exchange request can only be initiated after the delivery of product. Please fill the returns/exchange form for easy processing of refunds/exchanges.
  • 2. Returns/exchange request need to be initiated within 7 days of the delivery of product.
  • 3. All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and should be returned with original packaging with shipment label and tags in place. Items without tags and original packaging and shipment label will not be accepted.
  • 4. In case you receive a damaged/defective/incorrect product, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at .
  • 5. Shipping Charges and COD Charges shall be non-refundable unless the product is defective or not the same as mentioned in product description .
  • 6. In case you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • 7. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • 8. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

  • 1. Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
  • 2. Self-ship:In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed for your shipping cost. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Requirements and conditions for exchanges are also the same as in returns and will be processed same as in returns, the only difference is as you go for exchange option and on successful recieving of product by us. We will generate the credit of same amount of price of product in your GetUrFashion account to purchase anything of the same amount. However you can choose to buy the product of higher price but in that case you need to pay the difference.
You can choose to cancel the product only before the order is shipped and the amount will be credited back to your account via same mode which you used to pay in case of prepaid payment. You can not cancel the order after shipping, because in that case it will be processed in return/exchange after you receive the product.
